BIOGRAPHY

Alexis Foucard is a member of Clifford Chance's Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, with extensive experience in international arbitration and expert determination. He has acted as counsel or arbitrator in more than 50 cases with a focus on energy and construction projects, including offshore wind farms.

Alexis is a member of the New York State Bar and the Paris Bar. Lexology identifies him as a "Future Leader" and a Global Elite Thought Leader, and he is recognised by Chambers & Partners as "Up and Coming" in the field.
