Cezary brings over 20 years of experience in DCS systems and telecommunications technologies, including PDH, SDH, and MPLS-TP. A certified IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist, he has hands-on experience delivering digital substation projects in several European countries.
