BIOGRAPHY

Fabrizio Gardini is the Head of Offshore T&I Engineering and Associate Director at Venterra, with 24 years of expertise in offshore energy projects. He leads large multidisciplinary teams in supporting clients for both FEED studies and operational engineering of complex offshore wind and subsea projects.

Fabrizio's extensive career includes senior coordination positions at Saipem, where he held project management and package management roles for major EPCI projects and R&D programmes. He brings deep technical leadership to advancing offshore wind infrastructure delivery.
