Joakim Hjordal is an Associate Partner at Accura, specialising in the development and financing of large-scale renewable and infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience across global offshore wind markets, having led EPC and procurement processes on major fixed-bottom and floating projects and negotiated contracts for turbines, foundations, cables, and installation.

As a lead legal adviser on multiple floating wind developments, Joakim brings deep insights into multi-contracting strategies, complex interface management across foundations, moorings, and dynamic cables, and structuring bankable procurement approaches aligned with financing and risk mitigation.
