BIOGRAPHY

Mihkel Härm is the Chief Executive Officer of Elektrilevi, Estonia’s largest Distribution System Operator, overseeing more than 95% of the nation’s electricity network. Since taking on the role in 2021, he has led the company’s modernisation and smart grid strategy.

Mihkel brings broad experience in both corporate and policy spheres. He previously worked at Eesti Energia and served as Secretary General of the World Energy Council Estonia. His background combines practical leadership with deep insight into the international energy landscape.
