Nikon Vidjajev is the Development Director in Estonia for the Avara Offshore Wind project at Ocean Connect Energy, a renewable energy expert with extensive experience across offshore wind, wave energy, and solar energy. He works on large-scale offshore wind development and cross-border energy infrastructure in the Baltic region.

Nikon's work focuses on project development, market design, and financing frameworks, combining practical development expertise with technical knowledge of marine energy resources and renewable energy systems. He plays a key role in advancing the Baltic region's offshore wind ambitions.
