BIOGRAPHY

Richard Booth is a specialist offshore construction lawyer at HFW, with particular expertise in the offshore wind sector. His practice covers contract advisory across all package types for offshore wind projects, supporting clients through both front-end project work and project delivery support.

Richard has advised on some of the largest offshore wind projects measured by capacity, turbine count, and foundation scale, including one of the first and largest operational floating offshore wind farms. He also serves as a party representative and advocate in adjudication, DAB, and arbitration proceedings.
