Thuy-Tien is the Head of New Energy and Net Zero at ASCO, leading the company's strategy across low-carbon energy markets and supporting the energy transition. She brings over 20 years of international experience in business development, strategy, and commercial leadership across renewables, power, and infrastructure sectors.

Thuy-Tien focuses on enabling the growth of technologies such as floating offshore wind, and serves as the Non-Executive Director at the Energy Industries Council.
