Will Rowley is the founder and CEO of Offshore Solutions Group, where he leads the FLOW-Park development programme, delivering vital wet storage infrastructure for floating wind projects worldwide. An offshore energy specialist with around 30 years’ experience, he is a recognised authority on large-scale service development and delivery.

Will has held senior roles across offshore service companies, advisory consultancies, and industry trade bodies. He has also advised several Governments and agencies across the UK, Norway, Australia, Singapore, and the United States.
